Tangerines are very similar to oranges, but smaller and with a flattened shape. Its skin is deep orange. Its is commonly consumed raw, as its so easy to peel. It has a very strong fragance, and it flavor is mostly sweet.

It is usually consumed in fresh and often used in the food industry for preparation of desserts, sheberts and juices.

Tangerines are good to treat ulcers, the vesicle.
