Peaches color depends on the variety. Its velvet skin may change between yellow, orange and reddish.  Peaches have a sweet and slightly acid taste. It is a juicy fruit, typically eaten in summer. Colombia weather conditions allow us to produces peaches most time of the year.

It is used for consumption in fresh and for industry, specially tinned.

The peach contains vitamin C and provitamin A, and has a great amount of potassium, phosphorus and vitamin B.
